Please be advised that catering services will not be provided, except for the social event scheduled on June 1, after sessions conclude. The off-site social venue will be announced soon.

If you are traveling from out of town and require accommodation, we recommend the following options close to the event space:

We understand plans can change. If you’re unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible at eventreg@bccampus.ca. This helps us reduce unnecessary costs and waste, and allows us to offer your spot to someone else. There’s no penalty for cancelling, but we appreciate you letting us know.
